Kim Adams offers reasonable fee rates for dispute resolution so that your matter can be resolved cost effectively. Invoices will include all time spent in connection with the dispute including, but not limited to, preparation, telephone conferences, email, travel expenses and appearance at the session.
Fees
Fee rates and expenses for mediation and/or arbitration:
- Kim charges $200.00 per party per hour with no additional administrative fees.
- For half-day conferences a minimum of 3 hours will be charged.
- For full-day conferences a minimum of 6 hours will be charged.
Payment Policy:
Payment for services will be due at the completion of the conference. Kim Adams will email each party their invoice. The attorneys in the case are to ensure the mediator/arbitrator’s fees are paid in full. Kim, at her discretion, may require an advance payment from a party or its counsel.
Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation within 4 business hours before the scheduled conference, each side will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $500.00 for a total of $1,000.00. If there are more than 2 parties, the fee will be split equally among them.
